  13.  Is work experience required for programme?
  14. Although work experience is not required for the programme, we strongly recommend it. We find that students who have experienced the workplace have a greater capacity for seeing the application of the tuition they are receiving.
  15.  Can I speak to an admissions counsellor? How do I find out if I am qualified?

    1. The best way to contact our office with specific questions about the programme and application process is to submit an online enquiry or call and speak with an Admissions Counselor.
    2. Please keep in mind that we cannot evaluate your qualifications before you apply. The evaluation process looks at your entire application, and compares that profile against the larger applicant pool in each round. Therefore, it is impossible for us to tell you in advance your chances of admission.
    3. Although we are not able to meet with you individually, we offer group information sessions led by Manager: Admissions on campus. These information sessions provide you with an excellent overview of the programme and admission process as well as an opportunity to ask questions.

  17. Certainly, you are always welcome to visit our campuses. If you will inform our Admission staff before coming we can arrange the meeting with our Placement manager and faculty.
  18.  What exactly is a supporting statement?
  19. A supporting statement is typically one single spaced page and describes various aspects of what attracts you to your area of study and TASMAC, what you hope to do after graduation, what you think you are good (and not so good) at, what you would like to learn. In general your statement should give the admissions committee a better feel for you as a person. You should take this statement very seriously; use it as an opportunity for self-reflection and focusing of your own vision for yourself, as well as a tool for our admissions process.
Additionally, the statement is an opportunity for the admissions committee to evaluate your written English language abilities and your capacity of formulating logical argument.
  20.  What is the difference between a conditional offer and an unconditional offer?
  21. A conditional offer is one that requires you satisfy the entry requirements prior to you starting the degree course.  Most commonly, a conditional offer will be made to applicants waiting to find out their final undergraduate degree classification.  An unconditional offer will be made to an applicant who has already satisfied the entry requirements.
  22.   Do you have scholarship schemes?
  23. No, we do not have any sort of scholarships. But, as you will note the fees are quite affordable and far lesser than what you would pay to acquire these degrees in UK.
